ServiceNow & IT Proposals Specialist

Job description:

The role is part of the iPSS inc. Go-to-Market team, responding to ongoing requirements from our clients and partners. For over 20 years, we have developed a unique strength in the market to align solutions in Cyber Security and Digital Transformation to client requirements in a very efficient way. Our experience allows us to treat a large flow of RFPs or Proposal by always making sure the client requirements are met and communicated in an efficient manner. With more than half of our RFP responses aligned with the Federal Government, we have developed levels of accuracy and compliance that separates us from the pack. In this role, you would be contributing to this journey.

As we offer over 50 different solutions to better respond to our client needs in cyber security, we bring a breath of experience from our team and achievements. In our growth, we recently joined ServiceNow in the digital transformation journey which also bring us new opportunities. Our core Cyber Security expertise is now well complemented with the ServiceNow enterprise platform available to help our clients work better.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Review RFP documents to prepare for a response
  • Lead the response process (organise, to-do’s, follow-ups)
  • Gather various responses from appropriate content provider (internally at iPSS or with partner)
  • Build the response along with the account team
  • Ensure the proposal is compliant to meet client requirements
  • Quality check, including revisions and text correction
  • Establish standards for proposals to create efficiency
  • On an ongoing basis, build content describing our ServiceNow approach and offering
  • Explain the ServiceNow & iPSS value
  • Look for continuous improvement opportunities on our go-to-market strategies
  • Prioritize work and opportunities
  • Update the team on a weekly basis on the progress, challenges and news
  • Bring ideas on process improvement on our internal workflows

Knowledge & Skills required

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset
  • Good knowledge of the ServiceNow offering
  • Field of interest/background in Cyber Security is considered an asset
  • Detailed oriented, specifically on quality assurance
  • Well organised and efficient – always looking for ways to work better
  • Able to take initiative and bring new ideas to the table
  • Experience with MSA, SOW and proposals (reading, analysing, writing,)
